For those snowbirds, zoomers and others looking for the perfect accommodations for the entire season, settle in with one of our permanent trailer sites. Six Foot Bay has over 100 permanent sites, each featuring a unique setting while offering access to the resort’s full complement of recreational and dining facilities. Annual rates for 2012 are as follows:

2012 Rates

  • Starting at $2,700 + HST up to $3,500 + HST [premium waterfront]
  • Dockage: starting at $250
